In January 2010, stabbed 23-year-old defendant, who worked at a recycling center in Berlin, during the night shift on the premises of his work place a 26jä olds colleague. After the sentencing findings, he had come out of anger at the idea of killing any human being. In his search for a victim he met him only casually known colleague in the women's locker room. He overpowered, bound and raped his victim. After half an hour he killed her with two knife wounds. The corpse of the woman he hid in a container. It was only discovered after the police had searched several times after the site of the missing.
