The German Postbank AG sent in 2008 to a Many of their customers personally addressed mail promotions, where one was in the name of the addressee issued credit card attached. To use the credit card, bank customers had to sign a contract designated as a registration form and send to the defendant bank. In the first year, the credit card is free.
